velvety butter cream icing held a perfectly smooth surface that looked as flat as fondant but still melted in your mouth.
It was rich and light, smooth and creamy. Eating the icing was like tasting a perfectly chocolaty cloud. The chocolate cake
was rich and thick but not dense. Even the fondant bow was wafer-like and tasty. We ate the cake for dessert for a week without
